Sometimes the distance happens slowly. Conversations turn into arguments. Small misunderstandings feel heavier than they should. One of you may pursue, the other may shut down — and both of you end up feeling alone.

Or perhaps you carry it quietly yourself — the anxiety, the self-doubt, the pressure to hold everything together — wishing for a space where you don’t have to explain or defend your experience.

Therapy offers a place to slow down. A place where you can speak honestly and feel genuinely heard. Where patterns become clearer, reactions soften, and new ways of relating begin to emerge.

Whether you come as a couple or on your own, this is work rooted in respect, emotional safety, and meaningful change.
